Email info@capturetimepress.com and a real person will reply, usually within one working day.

If your message is about a printed order, please include the name and postcode the order was placed under so we can find it quickly.

Printed copies

Your A4 front page is printed and posted by us, from the UK.
UK orders go by Royal Mail Tracked and usually arrive in 2 to 3 working days.
Europe and worldwide orders offer standard or tracked postage, chosen at checkout.
You get an email when your order is printed and posted, with a tracking number where one exists.
If your copy arrives damaged, send us a photo of it and we will reprint and repost it at no charge.

Digital editions

Your full quality front page saves straight to your photo library, with no watermark.
If saving failed, use the Share button on the same screen and save it from there.
If the app asked for photo access and you said no, allow it under Settings, then Capture Time Press, then Photos.
Bought a digital edition on a new phone or after reinstalling? Open the app and it restores your purchase automatically on launch.

Payments and refunds

Printed copies are paid for with Apple Pay or a card, and handled by Stripe. Digital editions are sold through Apple as an in-app purchase.

For a refund on a digital edition, request it from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, because Apple is the seller of record for in-app purchases. For anything printed, email us directly and we will sort it out.

Your photos

Your photo is composited into the front page on your own device. It is only ever uploaded to us if you order a printed copy, and then only so that we can print it. We do not sell your photos, we do not use them for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
